Statement of Nyonya (Jogja fashion Week 2013)
Nadi Karmadi was featured in Jogja Fashion Week 2013, July 3th 2013 in Jogja Expo Center. Bringing back the spirit of a Nyonya - (Chinese peranakan woman in late 19th century) in a more modern and wearable pieces, the collection combined batik encim/batik nyonya and kebaya encim/kebaya nyonya with embroidery details.
